Swamy Publisher is looking for a Software Tester to identify bugs, errors, and performance issues in software applications and ensure that the software functions correctly before it is released to users.

This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with 0 2 years of experience who have a computer-related educational background and an interest in software testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Test software applications to identify bugs, errors, and defects.

- Perform functional and basic manual testing of applications.

- Understand software requirements and test cases.

- Prepare and execute test cases based on application requirements.

- Report and document bugs clearly to the development team.

- Perform regression testing after bugs are fixed.

- Verify that software features work as expected.

- Assist in identifying usability and performance issues.





- Retest resolved issues and ensure proper fixes.

- Maintain basic testing documentation and reports.

- Coordinate with developers and other team members to resolve software issues.

Requirements
- Computer education / degree or diploma such as BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA, or a related qualification.

- Freshers can apply; candidates with 0 2 years of software testing experience are preferred.

- Basic understanding of software applications and computer concepts.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors.

- Positive communication and documentation skills.

- Willingness to learn software testing methodologies and tools.
