Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store.
- Process and manage customer orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure orders are accurately processed and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock-outs.
- Update product listings, pricing, discounts, images, and product information on Shopify.
- Monitor and resolve order-related issues and customer queries.
- Track key store metrics such as orders, revenue, conversion rate, AOV, returns, and cancellations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on Shopify sales and operational performance.
