Job Title: SRE / AI-ML Engineer Enterprise AI (EA) Tools

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Salary Range: INR 30 LPA to 35 LPA

Project & Team Context

- The role supports Enterprise AI (EA) - a project focused on building and applying AI tools and frameworks across the organization.

Role Overview

- This is a hybrid role combining site reliability engineering (SRE), AI/ML engineering, and DevOps. The ideal candidate has medium-level experience (around 6 8 years), strong Python coding skills, and familiarity with AI frameworks, combined with basic DevOps knowledge including Kubernetes and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Should be comfortable with core AI tool terminology and concepts - including MCP servers, skill files, plugins, and prompt standardization - and be able to debug AI-generated code and troubleshoot AI tool workflows.

What You Will Do





- Collaborate closely with SRE teams to translate engineering requirements into practical AI tools.
- Build and support Enterprise AI (EA) tools and frameworks using Python and FastAPI.
- Apply basic DevOps practices - containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD - to deploy and operate AI tooling.
- Implement and monitor observability using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Work with AI concepts such as MCP servers, skill files, plugins, and prompt standardization.
- Debug AI-generated code and troubleshoot AI tool failures.
- Contribute to expanding EA engineering capability and capacity in India, coordinating with US- and China-based team members.

Required Qualifications

- Approximately 6 8 years of overall engineering experience (medium-level).
- Robust hands-on Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks (essential).
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, and an understanding of AI tool terminology.
- Understanding of MCP servers, skill files, plugins, and prompt standardization concepts.
- Basic DevOps knowledge, including Kubernetes fundamentals and CI/CD.
- Basic exposure to observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Ability to debug AI-generated code and diagnose AI tool workflow failures.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with SRE and engineering teams.
