S/4HANA transformation
Has completed at least one full S/4 implementation/transformation.
Not just BAU reporting afterwards.
SAP Analytics
Solid SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Datasphere OR BW/4HANA.
Ideally understands S/4 Embedded Analytics/CDS Views.
Senior Business Analysis
Can sit with Tax leadership, understand requirements and translate them into KPIs, data models, dashboards and functional specifications.
Can lead Fit-to-Standard workshops.
Tax + Finance knowledge
Needs genuine exposure to areas such as direct/indirect tax, corporation tax, tax accounting, international tax and compliance.




They don't necessarily need to be a qualified tax accountant.
Large transformation environment
Someone comfortable operating across business, SAP functional teams, data engineers, architects and senior stakeholders.
