Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Manager / SoC Verification Manager to lead verification activities for complex SoC programs involving high-speed protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in verification methodologies along with proven leadership experience managing verification teams and driving project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage ASIC/SoC verification teams across multiple projects.

- Define and execute verification strategies, plans, and methodologies.

- Drive verification closure including functional coverage, code coverage, assertions, and regressions.

- Collaborate with architecture, design, firmware, and system teams to ensure complete verification of SoC features.

- Review verification environments, test plans, test cases, and coverage metrics.

- Mentor and guide engineers on verification best practices and technical challenges.

- Track project milestones, resource allocation, risks, and deliverables.

- Interface with customers and stakeholders to provide technical updates and project status.





Required Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.

- Hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC verification.

- Extensive experience with high-speed protocols such as:

- PCIe

- USB

- Ethernet

- MIPI

- DDR/LPDDR

- CXL

- UCIe

- SerDes-based interfaces

- Experience in developing verification environments, scoreboards, assertions, and coverage models.

- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

- Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification tools.

Leadership Requirements

- Proven experience leading verification teams.

- Ability to drive project planning, execution, and delivery.

- Robust stakeholder management and customer communication skills.

- Experience mentoring and developing verification engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with emulation, FPGA prototyping, or formal verification.

- Exposure to low-power verification methodologies.

- Understanding SoC architecture and subsystem integration.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
