Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Achieve desired outbound dispatch throughput daily

· Achieve 100% pick & pack accuracy

· Operate WMS based transaction for all warehouse, able to overcome WMS challenges in real time

· Manage Put to light operations

· Ensure sorter provides planned throughput in primary & secondary sortation

· Coordinate with transporters for on time vehicle placement & delivery at all touch points

· Ensure transporters deliver stocks in agreed TAT

· Manage outbound operations with minimum stock variance

· Provide regular training to dispatch teams for dispatch operations

· Constantly improvise outbound process to enhance throughput

· Build efficient system driven processes for all outbound operations





· Resolve matters of shortage/pilferage

· Do regular review with city managers to improve delivery mechanism

Profile expectations:

· Robust team working skills

· Time management ability

· Managerial skills

· Mathematical & statistical analysis

· Should have worked on automation systems like sorter & put to light

· Proficient in WMS & SAP

· Hands one in managing large outbound operations in retail or fmcg.

Experience: Min 10 years of work experience in warehouse operations of fashion, retail, fmcg category.
