### Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced *Business Analyst – Techno-Functional* who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing functional documentation, supporting solution design, coordinating with development and QA teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.

* Translate business requirements into clear *functional and technical specifications*.

* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, QA, and project managers.

* Prepare *BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and functional specifications*.

* Create and maintain process flows, workflows, wireframes, and requirement documentation.





* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

* Work with technical teams to understand solution design, system workflows, APIs, integrations, and databases.

* Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.

* Participate in *UAT, test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and defect/issue tracking*.

* Identify functional and technical gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

* Support different phases of the *SDLC*, from requirement gathering through implementation.

* Work in *Agile/Scrum* environments and participate in relevant project meetings.

* Track project requirements, deliverables, and progress to ensure timely completion.

* Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.

* Support implementation and post-deployment activities.

* Recommend process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
