Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated PeopleSoft Techno Functionalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of PeopleSoft expertise, Technical analysis skills, and a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) principles. This role will be instrumental in analyzing, implementing and improving our business processes, with a particular focus on leveraging AI capabilities within our PeopleSoft environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities





Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements for recent projects and system enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that leverage AI and machine learning.
Configure and maintain core PeopleSoft modules.
Develop and implement solution to ensure the quality of new features.
Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills and Qualifications
PeopleSoft
Hands on experience with PeopleSoft, including core setup and configuration of various modules.
Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and reporting tools.
Fluid Implementation experience

Technical Responsibilities
Develop and customize PeopleSoft objects using:
Application Designer
People Code/ Application Package
Application Engine
Component Interfaces
SQR / BI Publisher reports
Work on integrations using:
Integration Broker
Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Perform data migration using:
Data Mover
Excel to CI / File layouts
Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
Fluid development

Artificial Intelligence:
A basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.




Experience with AI powered tools and platforms for business process automation.

Functional Responsibilities
Configure PeopleSoft modules such as:
Core HR / Workforce Administration
Recruitment Management
Benefits / Payroll
Absence Management
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Support UAT, SIT, and business validation activities
Provide functional support for production issues
