JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting Entries

- Record daily purchase, sales, expense and payment entries.
- Enter bank and cash transactions..
- Assist in maintaining ledgers and account balances.

2. Purchase & Sales Accounting

- Enter and verify purchase bills and sales invoices.
- Maintain purchase and sales registers.
- Assist in maintaining customer and supplier ledgers.

3. Bank & Cash Management

- Record daily bank transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliation.
- Maintain cash vouchers and petty cash records.
- Record receipts and payments accurately.

4. Credit / Debit Notes

- Record credit notes and debit notes.
- Verify supporting documents and approvals.
- Maintain proper records of adjustments.

5. Invoice & Document Management

- Maintain proper filing of:




- Purchase bills
- Sales bills
- Expense bills
- Cash vouchers
- Bank documents
- Credit/debit notes
- Ensure documents are properly organized and available when required.

6. Software & Excel

- Work on accounting software such as Tally / ERP / Miracle Accounting Software.
- Maintain Excel reports and accounting data.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Debit & Credit
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Miracle/ERP/accounting software
- Valuable documentation and filing skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / equivalent
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of manufacturing/accounting experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
