Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ServiceNow development and implementation, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work extensively on ITSM and ITOM functionalities.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and integrations.
- Configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow technical issues.
- Collaborate with business teams, functional consultants, and other technical teams.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development and configuration.




- Prepare technical documentation and support production activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Good experience in ServiceNow ITSM.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
- Experience with workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, etc.
- Banking & Financial Services domain experience preferred.

Eligibility

- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech qualification.
- Age: Maximum 24–27 years.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Viman Nagar, Pune, with 5 days WFH.

Pay: ₹448,109.04 - ₹1,723,842.26 per year
