We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B; Manager to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquet and F&B; outlets.

* Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.

* Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

* Monitor inventory, purchasing and stock levels.

* Control food and beverage costs and minimize wastage.

* Prepare staff schedules and manage departmental manpower.

* Monitor sales, revenue and departmental expenses.

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Good knowledge of food service, cost control and inventory management.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
