We are looking for a Social Media Expert to manage our end-to-end social presence - driving organic growth, executing high - ROI paid campaigns, and building strong audience engagement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Create and manage engaging content (posts, videos, carousels, infographics, thought leadership).

- Plan and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) for leads and brand awareness.

- Engage with audience via comments, DMs, and community interactions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote launches, events, and content.

- Track performance metrics and share insights for improvement.

- Monitor trends, competitors, and explore new growth opportunities.

- Manage content calendar and build influencer/advocate networks.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

- 2 to 4 years years of experience in social media marketing (preferably B2B SaaS/tech).

- Proven ability to grow organic audience and engagement.





- Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta) and ROI tracking.

- Strong community management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and ad managers.

- Basic understanding of SEO for social content.

- Creative mindset with good visual sense (Figma is a plus).

- Data-driven approach with experience in testing and optimization.

Positive to Have:

- Experience in eProcurement, ERP, or enterprise software.

- Exposure to video content creation or podcast promotion.

- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

- Basic understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
