About PixelSpice

PixelSpice is a video editing studio working with content creators and businesses across long-form, short-form, and reaction/commentary content on YouTube. We're expanding our editing team and looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who can work independently on client projects from day one.

What You'll Do

- Edit long-form and short-form videos from raw footage to publish-ready final cuts
- Build motion graphics, kinetic typography, and basic VFX in After Effects
- Handle pacing, hooks, captions, and retention-focused editing decisions independently
- Work across multiple client styles and adapt to different content niches
- Collaborate with the team on feedback and revisions, meeting consistent deadlines

What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years of qualified video editing experience
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and what keeps viewers watching
- Able to work independently and manage your own time to hit deadlines
- Reliable communication and comfortable taking direction/feedback

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
