· Plan, coordinate and monitor golf-course construction, renovation and development projects.

· Supervise civil, drainage, irrigation, landscaping, earthwork and related infrastructure works.

· Prepare project plans, work schedules, estimates and cost projections.

· Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship and materials.

· Check contractor measurements, work quantities, bills and supporting documents.

· Identify project delays, technical issues and risks and recommend corrective actions.

· Coordinate golf-course irrigation systems, pathways, landscaping and other course-related infrastructure.

· Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings, designs and technical specifications.

· Maintain project documentation,



progress reports, drawings, approvals and records.

· Monitor project works are completed within the approved budget.

· Coordinate with the Golf Course Maintenance team to minimize disruption to regular golf-course operations.

· Prepare periodic project status reports for management/committee review.

· Carry out any other project-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹621,126.84 - ₹2,143,307.99 per year
