DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY (DOP) / PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY PROFESSIONAL

Location: Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal

Duty Time: Mon-Sat (10:30-7:00 pm)

Salary: 15K-25K (Negotiable for experienced candidates,compensation will be based on experience, technical skills, portfolio, and production expertise.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle professional Photography & Videography for various productions and digital content.
- Manage camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, and camera movements.
- Plan and execute shoots from a cinematography perspective.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to achieve the desired visual quality.
- Shoot professional content for podcasts, interviews, events, promotional videos, and digital platforms.
- Perform basic to advanced video editing and post-production as required.
- Ensure high-quality footage and polished final video output.
- Manage on-location and studio shoots.

Requirements:





- Proven experience as a DOP, Cinematographer, Senior Videographer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and cinematography techniques.
- Strong knowledge of video editing and post-production is required.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, exposure, lighting, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to independently manage shoots from setup to execution.
- Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory.
- Candidates with production experience in podcasts, interviews, events, commercial shoots, or digital content will be preferred.
