- Install, troubleshoot, repair and carry out preventive maintenance of PSG printers, laser printers, multifunction printers (MFPs) and photocopiers at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printer hardware and MFP devices.
- Configure MFPs on LAN networks and standalone PCs, and provide basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate black & white and color MFPs to customers whenever required.
- Provide prompt technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely and effective service.
