Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Trainer to design and deliver engaging classes that help Trainees develop their skills, improve performance, and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to adapt training methods to different learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and deliver effective training programs for Trainees.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions as required.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps among employees.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Trainee Attrition control and Grievance handling.
- Monitor participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new Trainees.
- Trainee Admission into our Skill Knowledge Partner

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree [B.Tech] in Electronics field [ECE and EEE].
- [0–2] years of experience in training, teaching, or a related role.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate different types of learners.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel is a Plus
- Ability to create skilled presentations and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience conducting both classroom and virtual training.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

- Training completion and attendance rates.
- Attrition Control, ERP and LMS handling
- Participant feedback and satisfaction scores.
- Improvement in Trainee knowledge and skills.
- Training effectiveness and assessment results.
- Achievement of learning and performance objectives.

Pay: ₹20,041.19 - ₹40,304.22 per month
