As we expand our creative department, we are seeking a forward-thinking After Effects Artist who is enthusiastic about pushing the boundaries of digital media and producing high-end, cinematic visual content using cutting-edge AI technologies.

Job Purpose

As an After Effects Artist, you will focus on crafting high-end cinematic graphics and heavy motion design sequences. You will seamlessly merge advanced After Effects compositing with state-of-the-art Generative AI video tools to deliver world-class, visually stunning content optimized for physical spaces, architectural projections, and large-scale digital displays.

Key Responsibilities

- Cinematic Animation Production: Execute high-end, cinematic motion graphics, visual effects compositing, and energetic transitions within After Effects.
- AI-Driven Video Generation: Utilize elite generative AI video platforms to engineer cinematic sequences, high-fidelity environmental effects, and realistic camera movements.
- Asset Optimization & Pipeline Management: Take ready-made visual assets, layered PSDs, or vector graphics and structure them into advanced,



hassle-free animation pipelines.
- Spatial & Experiential Design: Animate complex content tailored for non-traditional canvases, keeping physical architectural geometry, building facades, and projection mapping surfaces in mind.
- AI Content Curation & Refinement: Direct, upscale and clean-plate AI-generated video outputs to meet broadcast and high-resolution exhibition standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal design teams, technical directors, and external vendors to ensure flawless integration between digital motion assets and the physical installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Core Software & Cinematic Motion Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
- Design Principles: Deep mastery of cinematic visual design fundamentals, including Composition, Scale, Spatial Depth, and Color Theory, with a strong eye for timing and pacing.
- Compositing & VFX: Strong foundational knowledge of masking, blending, tracking, and seamless layer integration within After Effects.

2. Advanced AI & Immersive Tech Competencies

- High-End AI Workspaces (Higgsfield): Mastery of creative control platforms like Higgsfield to direct underlying AI video engines (such as Sora, Kling,



or Veo). Must be skilled in utilizing precise camera motion presets (e.g., orbital sweeps, dramatic push-ins) and maintaining flawless character consistency across multi-shot cinematic sequences.
- Production-Grade AI Studios (Google Flow): Experience navigating professional AI ecosystems using tools like Imagen and Veo to build consistent virtual environments, isolate generative layers, and apply direct conversational motion editing.
- LLM Prompt Engineering (ChatGPT & Claude): Ability to leverage advanced reasoning and text prompts to orchestrate complex asset generation workflows, build descriptive prompts for video engines, and troubleshoot visual assets.
- Projection Mapping: A solid understanding of animating for complex structural surfaces, managing perspective distortion, and designing with physical textures and environmental light constraints in mind.
- AI Utilities: Advanced experience with AI-assisted production tools, including Adobe's Next-Gen Roto Brush for rapid rotoscoping and Topaz Video AI for upscaling, frame-interpolation, and enhancing footage for massive displays.

3. Professional & Soft Skills

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical workflows and coordinate with physical execution teams.
- Efficiency & Autonomy: A proactive approach to navigating tight project timelines, optimizing render workflows, and maintaining complete ownership of the digital-to-physical delivery process.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
