About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-friendly Business Development Executive to promote health insurance products, generate leads and support policy sales.

This is a field-based role involving hospital stalls, bank/public-place promotions, brochure distribution and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct promotional stalls at hospitals, banks and public places.
- Interact with customers and explain health insurance products and benefits.
- Generate quality leads and collect customer details.
- Visit residential, commercial and office areas for marketing activities.
- Distribute brochures and create awareness about health insurance.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into policyholders.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.




- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com or any related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally.
- Freshers with positive communication and marketing skills are welcome.
- Must have a bike, valid driving licence and vehicle documents.
