Role Overview

As DGM – Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing civil construction activities, project execution, contractors, consultants, quality, timelines, and costs. Your technical expertise and leadership will be key to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and as per approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil construction activities from planning to project completion.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate structural, finishing, infrastructure, and MEP-related works.
- Review BOQs, estimates, tenders, contractor bills, and variations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.




- Identify construction issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project management teams, and internal departments.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Support cost optimization and effective utilization of materials and resources.
- Ensure timely completion, handover, and closure of projects.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, estimation, and contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and project teams.
- Strong understanding of safety and statutory compliance.
