About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily civil and construction activities at our Kolhapur project site.

The candidate will work closely with contractors, labourers, vendors, architects and senior management to ensure that site work is completed properly, on time and as per drawings and instructions.

This is a hands-on site position and is suitable for candidates who want to develop their career in construction and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil and construction work at the site.
- Monitor labour and contractor activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and instructions.
- Check quality and workmanship of ongoing work.
- Monitor use and availability of construction materials.
- Take measurements and maintain basic measurement sheets and site records.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and senior engineers.
- Report site issues, delays and material requirements to management.
- Assist with planning and execution of daily site activities.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety and discipline.
- Support execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing,



finishing and other civil works.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
- Freshers with valuable practical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Ability to supervise labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to take ownership of site activities.
- Must be willing to stay at the Kolhapur site.
