We’re Hiring: Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content team and help us create engaging, high-quality digital content.

What You’ll Do

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms.

- Create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, shorts, interviews, political/social content, and promotional videos.

- Add captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.

- Understand the content and create edits that maintain viewer retention and engagement.

- Work closely with the content/script and production team.

- Maintain consistency in editing style, branding, quality, and deadlines.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of relevant video editing experience.

- Valuable command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.





- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, cuts, transitions, music, and visual composition.

- Ability to understand Marathi/Hindi content will be an advantage.

- Creativity and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

- Should be comfortable working with tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who doesn't just "edit videos", but understands how to make people stop scrolling, watch, and engage.
