Area Business Manager – Band 3A

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard Agency Business Partners (Agents).

- Build and manage a strong agency distribution network.

- Train, guide, and motivate Agents to achieve business targets.

- Drive Life Insurance sales through the agency channel.

- Conduct field visits and meet Agents and customers as required.

- Monitor team performance and achieve premium and business targets.

- Support Agents in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including claim-related support.

- Use digital and technology-based tools for sales management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and business ethics.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and networking skills.





- Strong team management and training skills.

- Target-oriented and achievement-driven.

- Willingness to travel and work in a field role.

- Sales/Insurance/Business Development experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
