Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior IT Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure and support. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of LAN, WAN, Operating Systems, LIMS, and LIS and be capable of providing day-to-day technical support across healthcare/laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and related applications.
- Provide technical support for LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and LIS (Laboratory Information System).
- Coordinate with LIMS/LIS software vendors for application-related issues, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system and network performance and resolve connectivity or hardware/software issues within the required TAT.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic user permissions.
- Support laboratory/diagnostic centre users with software and IT-related issues.
- Assist in installation, configuration,



and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Maintain records of IT assets, incidents, issues, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team or relevant vendors.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across laboratory/healthcare centres.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure.
- Good hands-on knowledge of LAN and WAN.
- Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
- Practical experience with LIMS and LIS is required.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software installation, and system maintenance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.

Preferred

- Experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, pathology lab, or healthcare IT workplace will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of laboratory software such as LIMS/LIS and experience coordinating with software vendors will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
