Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Develop and execute detailed audit plans, procedures, and audit strategies.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable IND AS / AS and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessment, identify key audit risks, and design appropriate audit procedures.
- Review audit working papers, financial reporting, and audit documentation.
- Manage multiple audit assignments and ensure timely completion within defined timelines.
- Handle client relationships, including communication with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Guide, supervise, and mentor audit team members.
- Identify accounting, reporting,



internal control, and compliance issues and provide appropriate observations.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, internal audit methodologies, and statutory requirements.
