We are looking for 2 HR Executives to join our team in Cochin. The main responsibility of this role will be to source, screen and recruit Care Workers as per the company's requirements.

This is a target-based recruitment position, where the HR Executive will be expected to achieve weekly recruitment targets based on the company's staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract suitable Care Worker candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Contact candidates and explain the job role, requirements and employment conditions.
- Conduct initial interviews and screening of candidates.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Complete joining formalities and required documentation for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they complete the joining process.




- Achieve weekly recruitment targets assigned by the company.
- Continuously explore new sources and methods to improve candidate sourcing.

Requirements

- Previous experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates from Cochin / Ernakulam and nearby areas are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
