Job Responsibilities

Deliver products, parcels, or orders safely and on time to customers.

Collect payments from customers when required and provide accurate receipts.

Verify orders and ensure the correct items are delivered.

Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

Handle products carefully during transportation.

Maintain delivery records and report any issues or delays to the supervisor.

Ensure the delivery vehicle/bike is clean and properly maintained.

Follow all traffic and safety rules.

Requirements

Valid driving license and a two-wheeler.

Smartphone with basic knowledge of maps/navigation apps.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic knowledge of the local area is preferred.
