Core Responsibilities:-

- The position is in Operations Team for handling the day-to-day BAU activities of BNPL Product.
- Managing Stakeholders-Merchants and Vendors.
- Ensure that there is a strong understanding of the settlement Recon process and ensure for a smooth Reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines.
- Collaborate extensively with internal & external stakeholders for smooth processing of daily.
- To work on process improvement and strategic initiatives that affect daily BAU operations. Provide support in designing the operational process
- Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU.
- Deliver process efficiency and improve the overall customer experience while ensuring strong controls and governance of both outsourced and inhouse activities.
- Managing and publishing MIS and KPI for process

Preference and Experience:

- Robust planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in Financial Institute

Academic qualifications :

- Graduation
