Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead business development, sales growth, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives for our plastic manufacturing business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans for plastic compounds, masterbatches, polymer products, or other plastic manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers across target industries such as Packaging, Automotive, Electrical & Electronics, Consumer Goods, Agriculture, and Infrastructure.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and implement annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Marketing & Market Expansion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate participation in trade exhibitions, customer meets, and industry events.
- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to promote new products and solutions.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.




- Drive customer retention and long-term business partnerships.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly sales reports, business forecasts, and management presentations.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial guidelines, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Plastic, Polymer, Masterbatch, Compounding, Packaging, or related manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing products, polymers, masterbatches, compounds, and industry applications.
