IT Support Engineer (L1/L2)

**Job Location:** Chennai
**Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO)
**Work Timings:** 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM IST / 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
**Salary:** ₹15,000 per month
**Accommodation Support:** ₹5,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an **IT Support Engineer (L1/L2)** to join our team in Chennai. The role involves providing technical support to customers/users, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and assisting with day-to-day technical operations.

The position also involves exposure to **inside sales, lead generation, Go-To-Market (GTM), and business development activities**, providing candidates with an opportunity to develop both technical and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide **L1/L2 technical support** to users and customers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and basic network-related issues.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.
* Respond to customer/user queries and provide appropriate technical assistance.
* Maintain proper records of technical issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
* Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
* Assist with customer communication and support activities.
* Support **inside sales and lead generation** activities.
* Assist in customer outreach and follow-up activities.
* Participate in **Go-To-Market (GTM)** initiatives.
* Support business development activities and customer engagement.




* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.

Required Skills

* Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.
* Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
* Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.
* Interest in learning both technical support and business development activities.

## Qualification

* Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Freshers and candidates with relevant IT support experience may apply.
