Introduction

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Change Delivery team on a temporary contract basis for 12 months working hybrid from our Hyderabad office. You'll play a key role in delivering strategic business initiatives across the IQ-EQ Group, with an immediate focus on leading a SharePoint Online migration project.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with global teams, and help shape the future of how we work.

What you'll do

- You'll lead end-to-end project delivery, managing all phases from initiation and planning through execution, governance, and successful project closure.
- You'll manage SharePoint Online migration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies are effectively controlled and delivered on schedule.
- You'll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving engagement, collaboration, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- You'll lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal and external resources,



to achieve successful project outcomes.
- You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to enhance delivery effectiveness.
