- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and specialty coffees to the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and serving areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a qualified and courteous manner
- Prepare hot and cold beverages including tea, hot chocolate, and other speciality drink
