Job Summary

Avodha Edutech is looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Placement Executive to manage student placement activities and build strong relationships with companies and recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate placement activities for students and trainees.

Connect with companies and HR professionals regarding job opportunities.

Identify and source relevant job openings for students.

Schedule interviews, assessments, and placement drives.

Maintain regular communication with students regarding placement opportunities.

Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance.

Maintain placement records, databases, and follow-up reports.

Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters and companies.

Follow up with candidates and employers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.

Ability to communicate professionally with students and employers.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, placement, or career counseling will be an advantage.
