Key Responsibilities

· Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.

· Introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.

· Identify and qualify potential business leads.

· Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

· Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.





· Coordinate and schedule customer appointments.

· Maintain customer and lead information using Excel/Google Sheets.

· Work closely with the team to support business development activities.

· Assist with customer engagement and basic marketing activities.

· Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.

· Achieve assigned daily/weekly business development targets.
