We are looking for an Implementation Executive to join our Technology Department, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand and manage client technical requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers and QA teams.
- Handle website, application, API and third-party integrations.
- Convert requirements into clear tasks for the development team.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate testing, bug fixing and final implementation.
- Conduct client demos and explain completed features.
- Maintain project documentation and implementation reports.
- Provide post-implementation support; resolve or escalate issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Basic understanding of web development, APIs and integrations.
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Shopify / WordPress / CRM integration knowledge an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
