Requirements

- Graduate (any stream)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Team player, open to feedback, self-starter
- Good customer handling etiquette and quick analytical thinking
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and a fast-paced, flexible environment

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer technical queries via chat and email
- Identify compatible parts based on customer requirements
- Track and communicate order status, product features, and warranty info
- Research and respond to inquiries accurately and promptly
- Prioritize and resolve urgent issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot problems,



identify root causes, and drive solutions

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
