Job Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Kitchen Hot Technician with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial hot kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

 Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial hot kitchen equipment.

 Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and heating-related faults.

 Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment.

 Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.

 Repair or replace faulty components as required.

 Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify potential issues.

 Maintain service and maintenance records.

 Coordinate with the kitchen and maintenance teams for timely repairs.

 Follow all applicable safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Requirements





 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Kitchen Hot Technician or similar role.

 Hands-on experience with commercial hot kitchen equipment.

 Good knowledge of gas, electrical, heating, and mechanical systems used in commercial kitchens.

 Experience troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment.

 Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

 Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

 Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Valuable communication and coordination skills.

 ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related technical trade is preferred.
