Job Summary

ABS HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Kitchen Cold Technician with a minimum of 2 years of

relevant experience to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial

kitchen refrigeration and cold equipment.

Key Responsibilities

 Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration and cold equipment.

 Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.

 Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment.

 Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential technical issues.

 Handle repairs and replacement of faulty components when required.

 Ensure refrigeration and cold equipment operates efficiently and safely.

 Maintain service records and report technical issues to the supervisor.

 Coordinate with the kitchen/maintenance team for timely completion of repair and maintenance work.

 Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Requirements





 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Cold Technician or similar role.

 Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and kitchen cold equipment.

 Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, compressors, condensers,

evaporators, and controls.

 Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults independently.

 Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.

 Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

 Good problem-solving and technical skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Positive communication and coordination skills.

 ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related trade is

preferred.
