Duties & Responsibilities:

· Should have exposure of handling casting suppliers

· Hands on experience with casting and foundry

· Hands on experience with heat treatment preferred to be in nitriding process

· Incoming quality, In process quality, Final Inspection

· Handling of heat treatment furnace

· New Product development

· ISO /TS 16949 ISO14001 QMS implementation and audit handling exposure

· Internal Quality Audit

· Product and Process audit

· Corrective and preventive action

· Metallurgy Lab Experience

· Customer handling and customer interaction

· Knowledge on casting foundry process

· Knowledge on machining and heat treatment

· Knowledge on metallurgy

· Manpower handling experience

· Hydraulic/Engine/precision products based experience will be preferred





· Supplier development and supplier quality knowledge would be added advantage.

Skills and Knowledge required:

· Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (castings, machining and heat treatment).

 Diploma or B.E Metallurgy Engineering.

Required job experience:

· At least 6+ years of experience in Casting, Foundry, heat treatment of ferrous casting (preferably in shell moulding & steel casting )
