Responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators/lifts at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with site teams, ensuring proper installation according to manufacturer specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install elevators, lift components, control panels, motors, doors, rails, and safety systems.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and lift installation drawings.
- Perform wiring, electrical connections, alignment, and mechanical assembly.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and inspection of completed installations.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, electricians, and civil teams.
- Ensure installation complies with safety procedures and applicable standards.
- Prepare installation reports, checklists, and commissioning documentation.




- Train customers/operators on basic lift operation and safety procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of elevator/lift installation and commissioning.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of motors, drives/VFDs, relays, contactors, sensors, and control systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of lift safety systems and installation procedures.
- Good knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to use a multimeter and other testing instruments.
- Basic knowledge of PLC/control systems is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work at height and on construction sites.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
