Painter – Job Description

Company: Transind Power Technologies
Location: Kalady, Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Work Setting: In-person
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust or oil.
- Apply primer and paint using spray painting equipment.
- Mix paint as per required specifications.
- Ensure proper coating, coverage, and finishing quality.
- Inspect painted components for defects and perform touch-up work.
- Clean and maintain spray guns and painting tools.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

- Experience in industrial or spray painting preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application.
- Ability to work with MS/SS and fabricated components.
- Basic understanding of painting tools and equipment.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Follow PPE and workplace safety requirements.

Experience in transformer manufacturing, fabrication, or sheet-metal painting will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
