Job Summary

Role: Boomi Integration Developer with SF Integration Experience

We are looking for an experienced Boomi integration developer to enhance existing Boomi integrations. Prior SuccessFactors integration experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop/enhance Boomi integrations using standard available APIs of SuccessFactors.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Boomi integration changes.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical documents, Unit test scripts, and change management plans. Ensure Change Control approval processes are strictly followed.
- Adopt best practices and industry trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.

Skill Requirements





- 8+ Years of experience as Boomi Integration developer with major focus on SuccessFactors integrations.
- Completed min 3-4 implementation projects in SuccessFactors integration with other systems using Boomi.
- Deep Knowledge on SuccessFactors APIs (OData and Compound Employee).
- SF Onboarding 2.0 implementation experience will be a excellent plus.
- Deep Knowledge on performance tuning of Boomi integrations
- Good experience in debugging issues in Boomi integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
