Boats N Beds is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support accurate financial record-keeping for our houseboat business.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
- Record daily income, expenses, purchases, and other transactions.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Reconcile bank and cash transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and account closing.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding accounting matters.
- Support tax and compliance-related accounting activities as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.




- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Relevant accounting qualification or degree is preferred.
