ABOUT THE ROLE

Good Old Delight (GOD) is looking for an experienced Business Head – Influencer Marketing to lead and grow our influencer marketing business, with a strong focus on the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate should understand how influencer marketing works beyond simply identifying influencers. You should be able to build influencer strategies, develop client relationships, manage campaigns, drive business, negotiate with creators and lead a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the influencer marketing vertical for real estate clients.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brands and decision-makers.
- Identify and develop a strong network of relevant influencers and creators.
- Lead campaign planning, budgeting, negotiations and execution.
- Develop influencer-led campaigns, content ideas and IPs for real estate brands.
- Manage campaign commercials, negotiations and profitability.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the influencer marketing team.
- Coordinate with creative, social media, performance and PR teams.
- Track campaign performance and prepare client reports.




- Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, content formats and AI-led marketing tools.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 8–10 years of overall experience in digital marketing.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
- Real estate marketing experience will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other creator platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial and business-development mindset.
- Ability to independently manage clients and campaigns.
- Existing influencer/creator network will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of content, social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams simultaneously.
