We are looking for an O365 / Intune – Azure AD (L1) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user accounts, endpoint devices, and related Microsoft services.

Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Diploma – IT / Computer Engineering; BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech

Job Responsibilities

- Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management.
- Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
- Provide basic support for Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and access as per defined procedures.
- Support MFA and Conditional Access related issues.
- Assist with device enrollment, endpoint management, and Windows Autopilot activities.




- Provide basic Group Policy (GPO) support.
- Perform basic PowerShell commands/scripts for routine administration and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft 365 application-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 security-related activities as per standard procedures.
- Handle incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing system.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex incidents to the L2 team.
- Follow SLA, escalation, security, and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
