POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a young, aspiring, motivated and detail-oriented Channel Marketing Executive based in Sydney to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for identifying channel partners, developing and executing marketing events and programs to grow and support our partner network.

Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Netpoleon's Channel Sales and Marketing teams to build impactful co-marketing initiatives, enable partners with the right tools and messaging, and ensure alignment between brand, demand generation, and partner strategy across ANZ.

This is a great opportunity for a keen junior marketer who is keen to gain exposure to B2B and partner marketing in the cyber industry.

Job Title

CHANNEL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
(Based in Sydney)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end planning and executing co-marketing campaigns with channel partners and vendors, including Netpoleon-focused initiatives and events across ANZ.
- Collaborate with Product, Channel Sales and Technical teams to develop, execute, and support partner-led marketing activities such as events, webinars, content campaigns, and email/digital initiatives.
- Support the management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including budget tracking and measuring ROI on partner initiatives.




- Create and coordinate marketing assets and materials, including landing pages, EDMs, social media content, and promotional collateral with marketing tools such as Canva, Wix, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintain and update the partner database, and utilise prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo) to identify and engage new channel partners with sales team.
- Develop, manage, and distribute the channel newsletter via monthly email campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.

- Demonstrates a growth mindset, with a proactive and resourceful approach to provide analytical solutions and continuous improvement.

- High attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, polished work.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A collaborative team member who enjoys working cross-functionally with internal team and external stakeholders.

- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage simultaneous campaigns and meet deadlines.

- Comfortable to travel interstate to execute and support events (1-3 times a year)
