About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer who can professionally shoot Reels, promotional videos, brand content, and social media videos for our clients.

As a digital marketing company, we work with clients from different industries, so the candidate should be comfortable adapting to different shooting requirements, brand styles, locations, and creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional video shoots for Instagram Reels, social media content, promotional videos, brand shoots, and campaigns.
- Handle camera operations and independently manage shoots at client locations.
- Must have a professional camera with 35mm and 50mm lenses.
- Set up and manage camera, lenses, lighting, tripod/gimbal, and other required equipment.
- Capture high-quality and visually appealing footage with proper framing, composition, exposure, and focus.
- Use creative camera angles, movements, and shots to make content engaging.
- Understand creative briefs and client requirements before every shoot.
- Shoot content according to different brand identities and industry requirements.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams during shoots.
- Travel to client locations for shoots as required.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and timely submission of all raw footage.




- Maintain and take proper care of personal and company shooting equipment.
- Stay updated with Instagram Reels trends, cinematic shooting techniques, transitions, and social media content styles.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Videographer.
- Strong experience in shooting Reels, promotional videos, product videos, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Proficiency in handling professional cameras and different lenses.
- Own camera with 35mm and 50mm lenses is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, camera movements, and exposure.
- Experience with gimbal, tripod, and basic lighting equipment.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling and creating engaging short-form content.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple client projects and meet shoot deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client shoots when required.

Preferred

- Previous experience working with a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Experience shooting content for clients from different industries.
- Knowledge of current social media/Reels trends.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous professional work.
