- Dual Diagnosis: Differentiates between overlapping symptoms of substance abuse, trauma, or chronic mental illness to establish a precise medical diagnosis.
- Risk Management: Assesses acute mental health crises, such as severe depression or suicidal ideation, and implements safety plans.

Medication Management

- Prescribing Treatments: Selects and prescribes appropriate pharmaceutical therapies, including mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, or antidepressants, to control target symptoms
- Monitoring Efficacy: Tracks patient response over time, adjusts dosages, and actively manages side effects to prevent relapse.

Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration

- Treatment Planning: Leads the interdisciplinary team (including psychologists, social workers,



and occupational therapists) to design personalized rehab goals.
- Integrated Care: Coordinates medical and psychological strategies so that daily physical, social, and emotional needs are met holistically.

Psychotherapy and Education

- Therapeutic Support: Delivers or oversees individual or group psychotherapy (such as cognitive-behavioral techniques) to help patients modify negative behavior patterns.
- Relapse Prevention: Educates patients and families on recognizing early warning signs of a relapse and managing daily triggers.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
