We’re looking for an energetic, confident and highly organised person to join our team and manage the leads coming in through our different marketing channels.

Your Role:

- Contact current leads and understand their requirements
- Follow up with leads consistently through calls & WhatsApp
- Build a relationship and keep potential customers engaged
- Schedule and encourage prospects to visit the studio
- Ensure scheduled prospects actually walk into the studio
- Coordinate with our fitness trainers/team for the next stage of conversion
- Maintain proper follow-up records and lead status
- Work towards improving lead-to-visit and visit-to-membership conversions

You don’t have to be the person who closes the sale.
Your job is to make sure the right lead is properly followed up,



reaches the studio, and gets connected with our trainers.

Performance-Based Incentives

We’re Looking For:

✓ Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp
✓ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✓ Previous experience in customer relationship, counselling, telecalling or fitness industry is an advantage
