Job Description:
The Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role involves conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps, developing training content and materials, and facilitating workshops and training sessions. The Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and improve performance across the company. The position also requires regular evaluation of training effectiveness and continuous improvement of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements.




- Develop and deliver training programs on various topics related to insurance, sales, customer service, and compliance.
- Use a variety of training methods and techniques, including workshops, e-learning, and one-on-one coaching.
- Track and measure training effectiveness through evaluations, assessments, and employee feedback.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to ensure training programs align with company objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training offerings.
